Bought a Mac Duggal dress directly from their website. Saw it offered at Bloomingdale’s for $170 less the day I received it. Sent an email the day I received the dress requesting a refund for the difference. They would not honor Bloomingdale’s price and issue a price adjustment, but said I could return the dress and buy from Bloomingdale’s. After reading the reviews, I am afraid if I return it, I wont get my money back. Don’t buy from the Mac Duggal website, they had a virtual assistant that denied my return. Buy from a reputable retailer that respects the customer. From the reviews I’ve read this company doesn’t care about their customers. Shockingly bad service for how much I paid for the dress. Very disappointed in this so called “luxury brand”. Will tell everyone I know about the bad experience.

What a scam,the return policy is outrageus,they will charge You 50$ for DHL Express and the product was Made in China for sure,from now on I will call you,,Temu Mac Duggal"...

For those who import this dress overseas. Do not get scam since they took over 50USD just for shipping back even do not asking if I had any opportunities to ship it back by myself which is beyond stupid but anyway the price value issue is a total disaster. These are just beautiful pictures and nothing more. 100% cheap Chinese quilty…

ho acquistato un vestito anche abbastanza costoso è arrivato in pochissimo tempo ..peccato che era veramente di pessima qualità..cucito malissimo, confezionato come il pesce al mercato... aveto letto le recensioni ma non pensavo davvero fosse così. Ho toccato con mano tutto vero! speriamo siano seri almeno nella politica di reso..ti rispondono con mail gestite da IA... quindi aspetto di vedere se mi rimborsano....io ho fatto tutto come doveva essere fatto!

Dress did not resemble the photograph on website at all. The zip was stuck and the material had pulls and sequins missing. I was not paying over £500 for this. Absolutely disgusted that they deducted the return shipping cost from me, when the dress was faulty. Dreadful experience never again.

After multiple messages with "customer service" in regards to sizing, each team member was very incompetent in providing support as I was having this dress shipped to Australia and wanted to try my very best in avoiding using their return policy, which is a whole other problem. After being told I'm a size 8 despite asking questions in regards to my measurements, I went with my gut (thank god) and purchased a size 6. It fits well, and I am currently having it altered, especially in length. However, upon trying it on multiple times for fitting sessions, it's become very apparent how badly cut this dress is. In the front there is more fabric on one side than the other. Material is horribly cut in the back which needs fixing and will cost me more money to fix. To add, the colour of the fabric was different online compared to when I received it. Very disappointing experience overall, do yourself a favour and save yourself $600.

Ordered a dress in London. I used the digital tool the system offers to calculate my size, so I did not have to return the dress. The size is extremely big, like 2 sizes bigger. I wanted to change the size, but they told me they can't because this is an international delivery and I have to return the item and purchase it again, plus I have to pay £50 for DHL express delivery... Awful service and not expected when you are buying a £500 dress. If you are not ready to give international services, please don't offer them. I have bought online from other companies abroad before, items 1/10 the value, and have never experienced such as bad customer service...

So disappointed. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Used the Mac Duggal tool for sizing, dress was beautiful but too big. I read the returns info before ordering but it was not at all the same for an international order to Canada. Return was easy but I am out of pocket 150 USD for shipping and return costs. Very disappointing. I will not order again.
