I will say that the dress I ordered is beautiful, but their order, delivery, return and customer service is a challenge. They make it very challenging to return a dress and try a different size. My second dress was shipped with a sharp edged broken hanger and the dress was not even fully protected with plastic by the dirty box in which it was delivered.

After buying this dress and sending it back and paying a fortune for them just to exchange the size. I had this dress on for ONE evening (less then 5 hours) and somehow it completely ripped.. and they just don’t care what so ever. Very cheap quality dresses apparently.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a dress after going into a local store to try on other Mac Duggal dresses, to be sure I got the size correct. When the dress arrived it didn’t fit, and because of the sequins would be almost impossible to alter. I sent it back, and because I live overseas, it cost me 50$ to send the dress to me, and 50$ to send it back…….a pretty expensive exercise….100$ to try on a dress, especially when I had made the effort to get the size right. I emailed Customer Service to explain what had happened and asked if there was any policy in place to reduce delivery costs for someone on this situation to purchase another dress. No I was told it’s just very unfortunate. I fell in love with another dress and was about to order it in a 6 when it sold out in that size, I registered to be informed if it came back in in that size. The material was such that I felt it could be altered to fit, so I then ordered it in an 8, as other sizes were selling out. One day later of course, I got the email telling me that the 6 was back in stock. As I hadn’t had any confirmation email, or DHL email, I emailed Customer Service to ask if they could please please swop the order from an 8 to a 6. I got an almost immediate reply, to say as it hadn’t been shipped yet, they would do their absolute best to get the order shipping department to swop the size over. Over 24 hours later, I got a further email clearly from a different person, saying bluntly that once orders were made they cannot be altered. That’s not what I was told the day before, and frankly for dresses that generally are several hundred dollars, I think this is pretty poor customer service. Yes I bought a bigger dress in the knowledge I could get it altered, but they had the chance to swop over the dress before shipping, and they basically couldn’t be bothered. I will never ever be purchasing with them again, this is the sort of service I would expect from Primark, not a prestigious designer.

I recently ordered a dress from Mac Duggal worth €445. Unfortunately, it was much too big for me and I wanted to exchange it. The exchange is not possible internationally and I had to pay 50€ for it. The customer service absolutely did not want to accommodate me. They offer a 10% discount for the newsletter registration, so that would have been €44.50 in my case, but do not have the possibility to exchange a dress. Incredibly poor service. Never again! QUALITY: MADE IN CHINA

It advertises that it's an easy return it's not. I went into returns to print label but had a few dufficukites and came out of platfirm. I went back in and it locked me out had to email to request new link. It cost me £40 via specific option to return, I chose to collect from home. They received the return on the 25 th April and I'm still waiting for my refund.

I purchased a dress for my son's wedding, it says 10% discount applies. I copied and pasted it, but when I checked out, there was no discount applied. I emailed their customer service, which is a chat bot anyway, and it says there is no discount, no cancellation and no refund because it's been more than 10 minutes since I purchased it. However I purchased it 5 minutes before. It says the only option for me is to return it after I receive it after 2 weeks. They want to hold on to money for a long time. This is bad business practice that's not going to work in the U.S.

Please be aware before you purchase anything from this company they charge £50 to return any goods. The dress I purchased came in a battered brown box and was draped in a cheap plastic bag, the dress itself was of poor quality and was made in China, the description was totally misleading and described as a midi dress, I suspect it would if still been too long on a giant. Avoid this site at all cost.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I AM SO UPSET THAT IT DID NOT CHECK TRUSTPILOT FIRST. DESPITE USING THEIR DETAILED ONLINE TOOL FOR SIZING. THE DRESS I RECEIVED IS AT LEAST 2 SIZES TOO BIG. I AM IN THE UK AND I AM BEING CHARGED 50USD TO RETURN BECAUSE THEIR SIZE GUIDE IS WRONG. WHY IS THAT MY FAULT. DRESS IS ALSO CHEAP AND NASTY AND NOTHING LIKE THE WEBSITE.IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. MY ORDER NO 468140 IF YOU ARE INTERESTED MAC DUGGAL. REACH OUT TO ME. I SEE YOU PUT COMMENTS ON HERE.
