Horrible customer service. Dont spend a dime on this company. Its not worth the headache. They send you the dress with the pink tag defective and then refuse to return saying that you wore the dress. Scammers. I am in process of disputing the order. Hoping my credit card company sorts this out but definitely never buying from them again. Be careful!!!

I received a beautiful gown from this company, and upon trying it on, I discovered there was damage to the dress, someone tampered with the security ribbon, somebody tampered with the security button. There was beading loose. The pockets were frayed, it was dirty along the hem and there were hair pins in the pocket. it was not inspected upon return. It was sent to me in this condition. They took no accountability for it. They offered me a measly discount off a $1400 dress to keep it in the shape it was in. Because I had exchanged the sizes twice, once because they did not have the correct size in stock, they would not replace this dress. Their only solution was for me to return the damaged dress, wait until they received and inspected it, and receive my refund. Which it is not helpful considering I got the the dress for a discounted price on sale. I would say make a video unpacking the dress And showing the condition of the dress and the security tag before even trying it on. They were not helpful in trying to resolve this at all.

I purchased a velvet evening dress and needed it altered so i can’t send it back. The back seem unraveled before i even left the house. Poor quality for the money!! It’s pretty big who wants to worry if their butt will be exposed after sitting down once in a dress that is stretchy?!

The dress is beautiful, but the fabric rips very easily. Unfortunately, the material is too fragile.

I placed an order and immediately had my bank account frozen because a duplicate charge went through to another bridal site. Thankfully my bank caught it.

Edit: 5/12/25 I have called and emailed multiple times offering ways we could resolve the issue (contacting my local courier to alter the address/sending the order back to your warehouse and reserving it so I can reorder it from there) but I have not been supported in any way by your team. It's disingenuous to say you care about your customers when your actual service is dismissive and disorganized. ---------------- Never contact their customer service team. My address autocorrected to a previous one and I contacted Mac Duggal via email to provide the correct address. I was told they were going to cancel my order. I emailed and called to explain that I did NOT want my order canceled and I could sort the situation out myself if changing the address would cancel the order. I asked them to confirm the order was not canceled, they confirmed it would be shipped to me. I received an email the next day to say my order was canceled. When I called back they explained I could order again, but my refund has taken days to process, and now the dress listing has gone. If I had never emailed them, and sorted the issue out with the courier, I would have received it. I wrongly assumed an expensive brand would have better customer service than sweatshop slop. The dresses are pricey but the experience is cheap and nasty.

My experience wasn’t good, unlike my friends’. The description on the website isn’t accurate, but I took the risk and ordered it anyway. The color looked beautiful on real, so I kept it in its plastic packaging and traveled for the event — and that’s when the disappointment came. All the flowers were poorly attached, and as soon as I opened the bag, some of them fell off. The inner lining was torn and even sewn inside out, plus there’s a long front edge that makes it look awkward when walking.

Lines of beads started falling off the dress before it was even worn. Customer service would not send a replacement or issue a refund because it was after 14 days. A waste of $600.
