The dress I ordered is beautiful, well cut, and the fabric seems to be of good quality. However, I had to return it because it was missing two of the crystal embellishments. Quality control needs to be more careful. Secondly, the delivery took much longer than it should have and included several inaccurate notifications. While I realize they are not responsible for the carrier's shortcomings, they should consider using a more reputable carrier (FedEx or Purolator). DHL is not great. Thankfully, I have lots of time to find another dress before my daughter's wedding, otherwise I would be left in a panic.

the dress i ordered was not package properly. for an item that cost over $250, i expected more care- it was placed loosely in a box with minimal protection and arrived heavily wrinkled. I also noticed an issue with the zipper. It looks like the stitching wasn't done correctly, and part of it has already started to come undone. I've been communicating with their customer service through emails and calls. Since the dress is needed for an important even and they don't have a replacement in my size, the repair cost is higher than what they are offering to cover. I'm currently waiting for their final decision

Because I made a mistake in my order and I couldn’t change it at the same time and they sent me the wrong order regarding to your policy why do I have to receive it

While the dress is fantastic. I give a 3 star because there was a misinformation about the carrier and the delivery. I was given the right parcel number but with the wrong carrier, and never could trace my parcel for days , before I decided to put in an international and paying call to the firm. Problem was immediately resolved though, and the lady on the phone very polite and efficient.

From such a luxury brand and for such a price I would really expect better packaging and better quality dresses. The dress fits me, but there are a lot of threads sticking out, that's why I give three stars, because the product itself is not that bad, it's quite expensive, but it's up to everyone's discretion if they decide to give 4000NOK for 100% polyester. Anyway, the packaging was horrible! The box was almost falling apart, it was taped over with carrier tape, which means it must have already fallen apart during shipping and that's really a shame in my opinion. And the clothes were just thrown in it, wrapped with plastic wrap, but otherwise nothing. When you pay that much money for one dress, you expect a certain level of packaging and this was a real disappointment when unpacking. I was looking forward to unwrapping the dress and this completely ruined the experience.

Some dresses I would like to have taken to a seamstress to inquire re possible alterations but there was not enough time with the 14 day return policy and Memorial Day, therefore they had to go back.

Updated review - new customer service rep Kelleen reached out to me and we came to a satisfactory resolution of my issue. It was months of frustration, but Kelleen was empathetic and helpful. She listened to me and resolved my complaint within 10 minutes. I hope that this is the manner in which Mac Duggal will handle issues going forward. Kelleen was a great hire for their customer service team. I wish I had read these reviews and not the ones on their website! The beads came off my dress before I could even wear it, and I paid a seamstress $100 to fix the week before my son's wedding. At the wedding, the dress dropped beads everywhere. There are whole areas without beads now. $500 for a dress (plus $100 for repairs) that I can't wear again, and all they will offer is 10%. Terrible customer service. Also, there is no way to post a review on their site - they post only a number of positive reviews for the dress, which are clearly curated by them. This is fraudulent.

Beautiful design (appliqué dress), cheapest, most ordinary materials and very uncomfortable to wear and beads come loose after trying it on for 30 seconds. Too bad! I would have gladly payed a few hundred dollars more for better materials and workmanship.
