2 stars for the decent customer service, was very good and the refund issued quickly, however: The dress arrived in a battered brown box with brown tape hanging off. When I opened the box, the dress was still on the hanger stuffed in as if it had just been taken off the rack on the shop floor and thrown in the box. It looks nothing like the picture, 100% polyester and made in China stamped in clear, big letters, despite the fact that it’s shipped from USA apparently. It’s way pinker than it looks and is so frumpy. I had to search for the slit there was so much material. It is made of the cheapest material, terrible quality and massively overpriced. At this price point, the delivery aesthetic should be excellent and the quality of the dress should be faultless. I sent it back immediately and was charged $50 for the privilege. Absolutely avoid at all costs.

These dresses are made for extremely tall women with breast implants. They should do a petite line for women of more average proportions.

Didn't fit. The charge a $12.00 return fee on a $600 dress. Tried to call. No phone number on website.

This site has beautiful dresses but it takes their customer support 1-3 days to answer your questions or issues with order. They do not have an online chat. Also their site is not up to date. The size I chose was available but I then received an email that it was not available.

Poor quality, unfortunately. For £400 dress I expected more. It had the belt in, which was literally just cut at the back where the zip is, leaving metal wire sticking out. Dangerous and not nice. Too bad because design is very nice and the dress would be lovely if it was just made with more effort. Also sizing is unusual. I am normally size 10, but even 8 was too big.

The dresses are very pretty but the material is super cheap. After wearing the dress for 5 hours almost 90% of the beads had fallen off, there was three rips, and random threads hanging all over, not to mention it was uncomfortable. I found other versions of the same dress that were cheaper and overall better quality.
