We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand how disappointing it must have been to have embellishments come loose while wearing your dress for such an important occasion. Because your purchase was made through Nordstrom, any warranty claims or post-purchase resolutions must be handled through the retailer from whom the item was purchased. While we work closely with our retail partners, we are unable to override their policies or issue refunds or replacements for purchases made through their stores. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry we could not provide the resolution you were seeking.

While we were happy to produce the style in blue after your original blush order was returned, our return policy timelines do still apply to all purchases, including previous orders that were not returned within the eligible window.
