Honestly, this is one of the worst online gaming sites. I made a withdrawal of 5500 on 20/08/2026 and they say the withdrawal was successful but it never reached my bank account. I raised a payment query and since so many days it only says in progress, I'm getting in contact with customer support everyday and the response I receive is it is being processed without any timeline given. When it comes to withdrawal this is such an irresponsible platform. I've used many platforms for gaming and by far this is the worst. Player id: 1754150367

Très déçu et énervé par Melbet. J'ai effectué un dépôt en crypto (XRP) depuis Binance vers mon compte (ID joueur : 1774194977). La transaction a été confirmée avec succès sur la blockchain — l'argent est bien arrivé à l'adresse fournie par Melbet — mais les fonds n'ont jamais été crédités sur mon compte. J'ai contacté leur support et ouvert une réclamation officielle (dossier N° 21139662). Résultat : plusieurs jours d'attente, aucune réponse sérieuse, aucun remboursement, et un service client qui ne fait que renvoyer d'un service à l'autre sans jamais résoudre le problème. C'est inadmissible de traiter les joueurs de cette façon alors que toutes les preuves ont été fournies. Je ne recommande pas cette plateforme tant qu'ils ne prennent pas les réclamations au sérieux. Si je ne récupère pas mes fonds rapidement, j'irai jusqu'au bout avec le régulateur.

I deposited a large amount of ₹45,000, and they have straight-up stolen it and refused to credit it to my wallet for over 75 days. I created a payment query 17071451 I am a professional online gaming player and streamer with over 1 lakh subscribers on my platform. I have played on and reviewed countless gaming platforms, but I have NEVER seen such a fraudulent and corrupt application in my entire life. I am now going to make dedicated exposure videos, record my screens, and share this entire scam story across all my social media channels and subscriber base to completely expose their real face. I have provided absolute backend proof. My bank (Federal Bank) officially completed an investigation and closed my dispute because Melbet's partner bank rejected the reversal and kept my money. Even after showing this direct rejection proof, they are still making fool of me. And now my bank confirmed me that amount is successfully credited to Melbet's payment provider bank account & no amount can be refunded. My Bank investigated all these matters & updated me & closed my case as well. This is a fraudulent company. They refused to let me withdraw $2,500 from my account, despite me submitting all the necessary supporting documentation. They are playing mind games and stalling in hopes that I will lose the funds.

I made deposit using Bybit and I received the funds from a Bybit user and I submitted receipts of the transactions to prove the funds were legally obtained with consent of the sender
