Lily answered my questions about my 2020 Coachella tickets

I was trying to use a Lyte presale link to reserve tickets to an event. The computer I was on had connection issues and I wound up getting locked out. The customer service representative Marie was able to get me back into the presale and I was able to make my reservation.

I utilized "Contact Us" and asked a couple of questions about my order. Marie was prompt to reply to my questions with kindness, professionalism, and thoroughness. This is not the first time I have asked a question and have received quick feedback. Thank you, Marie, and thank you, Lyte.

I was on the waiting list for the Life is Beautiful festival. While on the waiting list our group was able to find tickets elsewhere, when it came time to cancel the remaining tickets, we did. Yesterday I recieved a ticket confirmation, meaning our cancel must not have went through. There was no number to call so I replied to the email explaining that we had cancelled these and found tickets elsewhere. I was not expecting to get a response as quick as I did and I certainly was not expecting the process to be so easy. Lily responded same day letting us know that our situation had been taken care of. She was quick, helpful and to the point. We purchase a lot of event tickets and when there's and issue it's usually never solved this quickly. Thank you, Lily!
