LyteReviews of lyte.com

Stagecoach Rv lot. With all the cancellations and postponements going on with the concerts we were very nervous following some of the stage coach adjustments Thai had been going on. We had purchased an RV package prior to the shut down and were left in limbo. We didn’t know who to contact or which direction to begin to ask questions, we reached out to the lyte website and Luckily Marie got back to us very quickly. When we explained the situation and had questions regarding our order, she confirmed that everything is good. This lifted a great weight off of our shoulder.

I received excellent service in returning my tickets due to illness .It took some time but hey where consistent and patient ..Thank you

I was helped by Marie with processing my refund and she was incredibly courteous and prompt in her response.

Quick and accurate replies. I wasn't expecting a response so soon. Thank you for your assistance.

Had an issue with my payment method, and the support team was able to guide me in the right direction, in a timely fashion so I didn’t miss the deadline. Really appreciate their time and assistance.

We are going to the Under the BigSky festival in a week. I needed to make a ticket change (additional night) and reached outvia the Website. Jay from Lyte obvioysly wasn't taking the weekend off and got back to me right away. His customer service and response was great and he got our situation handled in minutes! I am happy to write this review and appreciate how Jay took care of our issue.

Something went wrong with my ticket order and Lyte’s customer support has been great! They have responded quickly to all my emails and have been very helpful. I’m really hoping I get tickets! 🤞🏻 Thank you Lilly from Lyte support!

Had a question about my order and got a response and then another response when I responded back. It was very helpful.
