The driver arrived on time. Cliff was very helpful and cordial. On our trip to Bradley Airport he described the buildings we passed which was very informative. He made it a very relaxing and enjoyable ride. I hope he is available for my next trip.

I needed to change my flight the night before I left and Luxyride worked everything out so that I still had my transportation to the airport on time and without a hitch. Very reliable, pleasant, and willing to work at the last minute for any changes that needed to be made.

The driver was polite and helpful and on time. He drove safely. The car smelled of cigarette smoke. Unacceptable.
