LUXY IncReviews of luxyride.com

The ride was excellant very good driver and upgraded car The pick up point was a little unclear for us arriving in Tampa for the 1st time We would use this service again

driver was very courteous, drove carefully, very helpful with luggage. he needed more experience with LAX pickup and meet&greet procedures - we had our luggage already before he found us in the baggage area.

The trip TO jfk .... our driver drove like a bat outta hell. 3 different times he either swerved or slammed on the brakes so hard he scared to hell out of us. The trip home from JFK was a different driver and a pleasure all around

They are improving. I have found that sometimes drivers pick up the reservation last minute but although that makes you anxious to know someone is coming there hasn't been a time that no one has come. The only slight negative is that the drivers are very robotic and don't converse or make conversation to make it a personal feel.

the customer service rep was extremely nice. the driver was courteous.

Really nice driver, on time, ride was great...prices have gone up considerably since it was OneWayLimo...going to check other companies

Our driver was five star, as was pick-up, drop-off, and everything in between! One star off because luxy bought onelimo, which provided the same top-notch service at 20% less. I would use Luxy again!

No problems.
