Ordered two rides. One from Portland airport to destination (2hr drive) and one that would occur 3 days later back to airport. Everything went perfectly when it came to pick up from airport to destination. The driver was very good. The problem came when I got a text 2 days before my departure date (to be dropped back off at airport). The company canceled my ride, simply saying they could not find a driver. No other options offered to me beyond…. “sorry”. Mind you, I booked the car service one week in advance! I was 2 hrs out from airport so not like I could just call an Uber. I had to scramble to find a driver able to drive me 2hrs back to airport. They need to realize that simply canceling a ride can cause ALOT of chaos. Though the first ride was fine, them canceling the second makes them unreliable in my book. A 50/50 chance of follow through is bad. I will never use them again.

Booking was easy, the people answering the phone were great. The driver was the problem. I booked for my son and his then to be fiance and asked for a meet and greet with their names on a sign. Driver texted and said he would meet at the curb side.....i called and said that i had requested and paid for a meet and greet and the driver was to be at baggage claim with a sign with their names on it. Michelle who answered the phone contacted the driver and he met them at baggage claim WITHOUT the sign. Michelle then said that they would "write up a report" and hopefully give my money back that i paid for the meet and greet

Extremely high priced....and no web access to book rides! Seriously!?! I absolutely loved OWL (One Way Limo), especially because overall the rides to the airport were in line with Uber and Lyft fees and because they gave 5% or more special code opportunities for each of my rides...that was awesome... My last ride with LUXY to and from the airport was 25% more expensive that OWL and the company I work for will NOT approve a ride of that expense. Considering I was one of OWL's top 5 users, its a pity that now I cant use LUXY at all Poor business move LUXY...not prudent

The driver was not given the correct address so he was delayed in getting to us. Not a great start to our trip. Driver was great once we connected.

Customer service was poor and confusing. Took numerous texts, e mails and calls to straighten out pickup dates and times.

Driver was 45 minutes late picking us up at Newark airport and made us meet him at another location besides the customer pick up so we had to drag our stuff up the escalator to find him. He said the road was closed but I asked the police and they said that was not true, plus we had watched many cars come and go while we were waiting for him. Jamal said he was brand new to the company but had been driving for 8 years. He was completely unfamiliar with driving to Connecticut and had his phone GPS in his right hand the whole way, driving with only one hand and very slow (which we were grateful for). We have used Onewaylimo.com for years and have never had a bad experience until now. Not sure why you would send us a driver from Jamaica, New York to take us all the way to Monroe, CT in the middle of the night! Not sure if I would use you guys again, miss my Onewaylimo and the great prices too - was a good find while it lasted.

Driver was great! Car wasn’t what I’d expected however it was comfortable. The price point has made me look into alternate sources to get to the airport. In my business travel consumes 75-100% of my time. What used to cost $270 from One Way or $120 for a rental car now costs $436 without the tip!

No limo showed up to take me home. Was at Hartford airport from 10:30 PM until 2:00 AM walking around the pickup area looking for my ride. Finally had to call a friend to pick me up. Tried calling 5 times and waited on hold with no one ever answering. Got no refund only a voucher for another ride. Not the least bit happy!
