problems both ways

We used one way limo in October 2019 for transportation to and from JFK. The service was top notch, our drivers were punctual and professional and the vehicles were clean and comfortable. We had a great experience and will be definitely using them again in the future.

I could not have asked for more!!! I thoroughly enjoyed my ride from the airport to my daughter's home. Armen was the absolute beyond best of the best. I knew I would be well taken care of the minute I layed my eyes on him!!! He was amazing!!! He even held my hand going up and down steps(I'm not always steady). I new I was in good hands. My return to the airport was good too. Armen's cousin drove me back to the airport. Once again, I felt very safe. They spoiled me beautifully, I felt pampered and like a queen!!! I would recommend Luxyride to all who would like the privilege of being and knowing their safety and well being is utmost on their mind. Absolutely 10☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆!!!!!!!!!!

Our plane was several hours late...we arrived around 2:45 AM! and he was polite and very nice...

Our driver contacted me shortly after I landed. After clearing customs and getting our bags, it was easy to locate the limo parking at logan. Our driver helped us with our bags and we enjoyed a comfortable and peaceful ride home. I will recommend Luxyride to friends and family if they ever need a ride.

I had booked 24/7 Ride to take me to LAX for an international flight. They cancelled at 11:00 pm the night before my flight. As Uber and Lyft are not always reliable from my area to LAX, I called One Way Limo, now Luxyride. They knew I was in a bad spot and did not have time to call around. I was charged nearly double the going rate. I would not use this service again and would not recommend a company that takes such advantage of a customer put in that position by a competitor's failure to honor their commitment.
