I made a mistake in my order. The company allowed me to return the order and replaced it with no additional cost. I am impressed as the error was mine.

The sheets are made from a very low quality cotton, the stitches look like the sheets made in someone’s basement. The linens got blemish right away as soon as I was once laid down to see how if felt. After the first wash my Olympic size bottom sheet was not able to fit into my mattress. It shrunk to the point that I was not able to stretch it. I’ve been trying to return the set for almost 3 weeks. There is no 24 hours response as the website says. It takes a week or longer for the customer service people to response. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

These feel like Walmart sheets. There is nothing luxurious about them. They are stiff and rough. Very disappointed. I'll be getting something else. Got them today, was super excited to try them, so I washed and dried them per the care instructions. When I pulled them out, the stiffness and roughness stopped me in my tracks. I can feel every spot on my hands where they rubbed skin off trying to get them folded. Don't overpay for supposed 600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets like I did.

It truly feels like sleeping on a cloud! They also offer a duvet cover. Their website is easy to use, and the customer service was fantastic. They answered all my questions quickly and were very helpful. I also love that they have a large variety of colors and products to choose from. I highly recommend them!
