I booked at short notice but there was no problems. Great all round service. Don't need too many words but I would use them again and they would be my first call when booking transport.

SERVICE IS ABOVE AVERAGE. DRIVER WAS ON TIME AND THE COMMUNICATIONS UPON OUR FLIGHT ARRIVAL WERE PERFECT. DRIVER AT LUGGAGE CLAIM. CAR AND TRIP INTO THE CITY WERE VERY PLEASANT. WOULD DEFINITELY USE AGAIN. CLASSY OPERATION.

I scheduled an 1130 pick up time to give enough time to get luggage after plane landed a little after 1030. I rented the limo for 2 hours, I see the limo driver at the pickup everything looks good he's a little early but we still have to wait for my luggage which of course takes a while. We get our luggage and it's around 1130 and I said I have two hours, we just want to ride around before we get dropped off at the hotel but he says I only have 1 hour, but I have an 1130 pick up time. He says the time start from when the plane lands, which doesn't make sense because I scheduled a pick up time for an hourly rate, I don't care what time the plane landed. Because we were on vacation and I wasn't going to make a big issue, I just paid for another hour. If it wasn't for filling ripped off the limo was beautiful, it was nice. The driver was actually kind of cool, made a few stops for us no problem, however they wasn't clear about the start time and I probably could have gotten some money back because my reservation dose say 1130, but we really enjoyed ourselves, felt like the lifestyle of the rich and famous rolling up to a our hotel. Lol

Why do I use Luxor? Because I can trust that the work will be done well. What do I mean by well? It is going to be done on time, with the car of my choice, with a driver that knows the way. What else can I say? I got in touch with Luxor from Brazil, this time, feeling very comfortable that I am dealing with an extreme reliable company that will be waiting for me at the end of a tired, long trip.
