Luxor LimoReviews of luxorlimo.com

IF you go to new york you must try this car company you me i love limo trust me they are that GOOD had a good experiences (LUXOR LIMO.

Unable to locate the car when we arrived at the airport. Car smelled & wasn't clean & barely large enough for our stuff. Driver didn't say 1 word to us & drove crazy but everyone in NYC drove that way. Not a pleasant way to start our trip to NYC. We were very disappointed.

I don't know how much more I could recommend Luxor's impeccable service. I have used them several times and have yet to run into any issues worth mentioning. The driver was punctual on each occasion, often arriving fifteen minutes or earlier than our arranged pickup. His manner was pleasant and accommodating. Not overly talkative, but attentive to our needs (assistance with loading the baggage, opening the door for passengers). I've used other car services, at a comparable rate, where I've had to load my own baggage and open my own door. Pretentious as it may sound, for the money you're spending, these things should be standard practice. The car itself was spacious, and fit within the prerequisites discussed with the person that made my reservation. It is in the reservation department that I would make my only recommendation- and admittedly, this is a really minor grievance. On more than one occasion, I found the receptionists to be brusque and downright cold. Being in customer service, I know how vital something as simple as a pleasant voice can be in shaping the client's overall experience. To summarize, I must a say, not all car services are created equal. Luxor is a cut way above.

Luxor Limo provides excellent service. I booked them for a ride home after a bachelor party. From the ease of booking your choice of limos online at their website to the ride home - it was AAAA++++ service. I highly recommend them.

I booked a car to pick us up from JFK to Brooklyn while on vacation. The driver was at the baggage claim waiting on us when we got there and helped with our luggage. I was even more excited to see they sent a SUV at no additional charge, bonus! The driver was quiet but polite so I booked a car when it was time to leave. Return trip to JFK was fun and the driver was accommodating and friendly. I will definitely use thus service in the future.

I recently called upon Luxor to pickup our au pair at the Meadowlands, and was extremely impressed with their communication, professionalism, and the quality of their fleet. The driver called me when he was in transit to the pickup location, confirmed when he had our gal, then delivered her right to our doorstep in a brand new Cadillac Escalade. The driver was extremely pleasant and helped with the bags - I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Driver was prompt and helpful. Price was fair. Limo was nice. Thank you!

My car and driver were waiting for us at the airport with a name card. He proceeded to help us with our luggage. Our driver FEMA , was exceptional! Incredibly nice, professional, very knowledgable. He made us want to call him again if we ever needed the car service again. I will not hesitate to use Luxor Limo for our next trip to New York!
