Clean car, nice driver!

Used Luxor at the last minute when arriving in NY. Driver was great. Showed up quickly in a clean, new vehicle and got us to our destination quickly. Thanks for such great service

Pick up at home was ahead of time and great service. On the way back, service said our driver was involved in accident and new driver was at O'Hare and would be there in 30 minutes. Not the new guys fault but it took 45 minutes to arrive. Communication could have been better.

I contacted Luxor from the internet with no prior experience or references. The reservation process was easy and they sent a follow up confirmation with all the details. The driver showed up a few minutes early, called to let me know he was waiting, and then drove me to my destination without a problem. They have competitive rates and professional drivers. I will definitely use Luxor again.

I never do reviews, but I feel obligated to do this one. The car was 40 minutes late and when i called to inquire as to what was happening, they were rude and unapologetic. They must delete all negative reviews, because when I chose this car service all the reviews were positive. I would not even consider using them again. Awful

The driver was absolutely fun, and very nice! the experience was everything a limo experience should be.

Making the reservation was quick and easy. The car was on time, driver was friendly, and exactly what I expected. Great experience!

Luxor does a great job getting me to and from LaGuardia!
