I get to the airport, driver met me a baggage claim. He waited with me until bags came. He took my bags to the car, which was a walk, not right out front. This when the problem started! He didnt know where I was going! When I made the reservation. I stated with address and name of hotel at least 2 mo ths out. He should have already had the address programmed into his GPS. So, while he is driving me in New York City's rush hour. This dude was texting to someone more important than me. I tried to start a conversation with hmm about the city. He never acknowledged that I was in the car. Once we got on the street the hotel is on with 3 other hotels. This dude asked if I was staying at the Hampton Inn told him NO LaGuardia Plaza. For what I spent $129.00 without tip!! I should have felt like a celebrity. Got ride from a different car service that was out front of the hotel to return to the airport. Much better car "Cadillac Escapade" verses Lincon Towncar I came in and this driver asked about my trip and gave me his card said when I come back to New York to give him a call. This trip cost me $35.00 without tip!!! New York was great, looking forward to my return! !!

i was charged a bottle of champagne that was missing when we got in the limo, the sound system was extremely difficult to operate, impossible to say the least, the driver could not solve it and we spent half our journey trying to have some music and we could not resolve it. We ended up paying almost 100 dollars in tip as we were charged 35 dollars on the bill, the 45 of the champagne bottle in existent and an extra 20 we cared to give the driver. We lost one of our jackets in a careless opening of a door of the driver. I think you should train your drivers to know how to operate the sound system, provide all the drinks you charge for and inform the driver about charged tips.

This is a great car service. I used them on 4 different occasions on our trip to ny. They were on time and professional every single time. I was very impressed with how clean the cars were. I will only use them when I return to ny. I would recommend to anyone!!!

I have been using Luxor for some time and they can be depended on. Their communication is exceptional and they are always on time. They may cost a little more..but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

Our flight was delayed, but they waited for us anyway. Our Driver was very friendly, would recommend them to a friend. The candy in the back was not to my taste though!! :-)
