great service but expensive!

Tooling around New York City in a taxi can be a hit-or-miss affair, so when my wife and absolutely need a reliable ride to something important.,we call Luxor Limo. I was actually surprised how affordable their rates were.

LUXOR WAS GREAT ; THEY CAME ON TIME EVEN THOUGH OUR FLIGHT WAS DELAYED . THE DRIVER WAS PROFESSIONAL AND ACCOMODATING .

arrived early, texted information to my cell. arrived LaGuardia on time.

I loved the website. Loved the customer service on the phone. The driver was perfectly on time and polite. However- the radio didn't work!! It was very old and the auxiliary jack to play an iPod was literally melted (I have pictures). What was left was a CD player (who the hell has CDs now-a-days?!?!) and broken knobs for the tuner. We tried very hard to turn the broken knobs to get a station but the only thing we could get was Spanish music. I hired this limo as a means of transportation for my boyfriend's 40th birthday. As you can imagine 12 people, drinking and having fun were EXTREMELY disappointed not to have music for our almost 2 hr ride.

The drivers were well dressed, attentive and punctual. My mind was put at ease with the e-mail updates confirming the drivers names and arrival times. The vehicles were clean and the bottled water was a nice touch!

Booking staff helpful from the first enquiry made to actual point of booking. Limo driver was in terminal waiting for us as expected. Brand new Mercedes S500 was amazing! This will be the only way I will be transported to/from Manhattan from now on. A pleasure to do business with.

Luxor Limo is always on time, gets you where you're going and knows how to get there. I would definitely recommend them their services.
