Very nice got a limo for my girlfriend birthday while we spent a week in nyc and mr. Lee was awesome took us anywhere we wanted to go also gave us suggestions. Clean car champagne was good as well. Have gotten drivers before but this company was great.

So the van we had was very nice, clean and comfy. The only complaint we have is the driver was 30 minutes late. When doing a wedding with an officiant who has other weddings to do being on time is very important. It was then only wrinkle in the whole day. When we called he said he had been there and left but when I asked the valet they said there was no van there at all. So i dont know if there was a miscommunication or what. Other than that everything was good when we called the driver he was back at the location quickly. I just wish he wasn't late it put a lot of unwanted stress on one of the biggest days of our lives. If it wasn't for that I would have been very happy with the service

My wife and I decided to have a romantic getaway in New York at The Plaza we thought it would be fitting to not only have a comfortable ride in from the airport but also arrive in a beautiful car so we went ahead and booked an S550 from Luxor Limo and they met our expectations. Well done Luxor excellent service!

The pickup, dropoff and drivers were great, but the reservation had promised me a bill and I had to call 4 times to demand it. The call center claimed every time that it had been sent, and that the supervisor was not around to deal with my claim that I did not get it. No processing is complete without a bill and no customer should have to chase this. It finally came weeks later after threatening to cancel the payment on my credit card. Unprofessional and nerve-wracking, which is a shame because the driving service was very good.

Used Luxor Limo on a recent visit to NYC. Did round trip to and from JFK airport . No problems, no hassles. Good dependable service! Would use them again!

From the booking process of our three day stay in New York City, to pick ups and returns. Our next trip to New York City will be with Luxor Limo. Drivers were on time, dress neatly, friendly.
