Great service

This was a ride to NYC from hell the longest red I took in my lifetime. I had clients from a big company and they were really shuck up from this one wow. We were glad to be home.

Very dependable and the driver was great. On time and accomdating… I for sure will use them again.

I would highly recommend. They were on time and provided very nice vehicles that were clean and comfortable. I was very impressed.

Trying to get the limo ordered was extremely difficult. The woman on the other end of the line would not work with me in anyway to make my experience pleasurable. The car that picked us up was early and the driver sounded irritated that we were not ready. Then when we got out to the car, he was climbing out of the back with a lint roller that was covered in crumbs, hair and whatever else was back there. I'm glad it was cleaned up but it should have been taken care of before we arrived. Then, on our way into the city most of the controls in the back of the limo did not work, the driver had no idea of how to operate anything even though he said if we had any questions do not hesitate to ask. Also the limo had a horrible coolant leak that had an almost suffocating smell. Then when we got to our first destination to pick up another passenger, the driver informed us that they were sending a different limo to come get us because someone else wanted the one we were in. That was supposed to take a half hour. Thankfully they changed their mind and we were able to get to our second destination where the other limo was waiting. After dinner we got the ride home in one of the most jerky rides we've ever had. Also the driver didn't seem to know where he was really trying to go most of the time.

I took my mum to NY for her 65th birthday, I had a car take us from the airport to the hotel in Manhattan. Very courteous and polite meet and greet. I'd definately use again.

The service was impeccable. Our driver was on time, friendly and provided excellent service. He got us from NYC to the pier in Bayonne, New Jersey with time to spare. I would highly recommend Luxor Limos when you are in New York. I will definitely use them again.

Once the car arrived the service was great. But when you pay for this level of transport and travel 8 or 9 hours with children you expect to be met at the airport by the driver and not have to search for him and then phone the office to find out where the car is. Car arrived about 10 minutes after we came out from arrivals hall at JFK for an afternoon pickup (not the busiest time of day).
