Luxor LimoReviews of luxorlimo.com

The service was excellent, on time, staff very courteous and willing to assist. Car was waiting at the hotel 30 minutes before time of pick up. Driver called to say he was there and waiting.

Luxor is always on time and they use nice cars but they are just way too overpriced. I mean $100 for a trip from the Bronx to LaGuardia, a drive that takes about 15-20 minutes max? Unreasonable. Use luxor if you want a nice car to ride in but you'll be wasting your money or that of your company.

The car was clean and the driver very personable

You should use this company anytime you need transfer from airport to NYC hotel or hotel transfer to airport. It's very convenient and the service is awesome! I highly recommend them!

My card was charged for a service which Luxor Limo never confirmed or sent a quotation / confirmation email. For past services I requested, Luxor Limo did send me a confirmation email. Not this time; but still, they charged my card and now they refuse to refund the amount charged. Furthermore, the price for the non-authorised nor provided service is totally unacceptable. If I had gotten a quotation, I would have immediately reject it. Too bad for Luxor Limo and its Customare Care service. I'll never book a transfer with them again.

Used Luxor when we flew into JFK. Arrived in style in a nice blacked out window escalade. Took the scenic route over Brooklyn bridge. Also used them to take us to the River Cafe and was not disappointed. Well done Luxor.

Simple easy transition between airport and hotel!

When you visit New City book your limo to take you to your hotel, they are on time or if they are running late due too heavy traffic you will receive a text message. Just give you time to get through pass port control and pick up your bags to arrange your pick up time.
