Ikra was very helpful in offering new body suits that were my size as the previous ones I ordered were not the right fit. She was also very quick to respond which I appreciate.

Shoaib was very helpful and quick to respond to my support ticket and was able to resolve the problem.

I can’t say enough positive things about Luxmery. First, the quality of the shapewear is outstanding. It fits like a glove and cinches you in, and not in an uncomfortable way! Second, which is to me the backbone of what makes a great company and why they stand out from others in the same industry is their customer service. I ordered a size in one of the items I purchased that didn’t fit and I emailed them. They responded that same day and apologized for the inconvenience, which was my fault but they took ownership. They shared that they will send me the next size up and for me to keep the one I ordered free of charge to hold on to or give to someone else. That is the definition of outstanding customer service! I have recommended Luxmery to several of my friends and they have a lifelong customer in me. You can’t go wrong with this brand!

I have contacted them 3 times w/in a week following delivery of an item on 7/8/24. It is currently 7/15/24 and i have received no response from Customer Svc as they tell you will w/in 24-48 hrs. I have attempted to return w/in 30 window of time but it seems unlikely with their response rate.

The bodysuits I received were great but unfortunately, they didn't fit the way I hoped. I reached out to customer service for assistance with an exchange and Ikra got it sorted out for me right away! They were very friendly and efficient and I can't wait to receive the new size.

I placed my order and could not wait to try on my new bodyshaper. But I ordered M/L and it was way to big. I emailed and called to see if I could do an exchange. I was surprised to here that I was going to be sent the correct size XS/S and I could keep the M/L. Excellent customer service.
