I emailed customer service because of a fitting problem. Ikra answered within minutes (!!!) and managed my problem AND succeeded to fix it - above and beyond what I expected! Truly excellent customer service!!

The ordering process was easy to use, my order was shipped and received quickly. At a two-for-one promotion, I was excited. The order was delivered on Saturday and I didn't get to open it until around 5pm. I pulled out the first body suit and glanced at the size and it was an XL/2XL, I'd ordered both two be M/L, or at least that was my intention. I first checked the other package and it was indeed an M/L. Checked the sticker on the first one's packaging just to see if, on the off chance, the wrong size had been put in the correct packaging (not common but does happen. I worked retail a long time), but it also listed XL/2XL. After checking my order confirmation email to verify I HAD actually ordered an M/L as intended, I emailed customer support. that process was super easy because the order confirmation email allowed me to reply from it. That's not common anymore. Yay!. anyway, the email got sent and since it was late afternoon on Saturday, expected to hear back Monday at the earliest. MUCH to my surprise, I received an email about 10 minutes later! From a live person and not just a "we received your communication" message!! Wagar aplogized for the problem and stated they would send me the correct size item and I could keep the original mis-sized item to do with as I pleased. OR they would refund me. I responded I would love to receive the replacement and keep my order intact. I received another email at 11:40pm, this time from Jane, saying my request had been sent to fulfillment and reiterated that I could keep the original mis-sized item. That was followed up with an automated order confirmation email for the correct size. Wow!! TWO live people corresponding on a Saturday evening. Even if they are in a different part of the world and the time zone was different, it's still a weekend and so to have the issue fully resolved so quickly, easily, and professionally was sheer delight. Not to mention the product is obviously well made and the correct-sized bodysuit fits like a dream. Can't wait to receive my other one. Thank you Luxmery for a wonderful experience!

I had ordered two bodysuits but they ended up getting lost in the mail. Their customer service rep Jane was so helpful and she ended up sending me my whole order again. I finally received them and they are great. I highly recommend this company and their products!

When placing my order I noticed one bodysuit was not the correct size. I immediately emailed their customer service and Waqar responded and changed the size I needed. Very prompt and excellent customer service.

My body suit ripped after one wear and they graciously sent me another and did not even make me return the ripped one. Jane helped me with my claim she was fast and very friendly. I love the suit, it’s comfortable, very soft and stretchy & does its job well!

I had ordered 2 bodysuits from Luxmery and when I tried them on the fit wasnt quite right as they were too long in the torso. So I emailed the Support Team and explained my dilemma. Ikra from the Support Team suggested I try the new petite option which I am going to do. Ikra has now placed my new order and i can hardly wait to try them. Thank you Ikra again for all your help.
