The dress was exactly what I asked for. The measurements were spot on and they were pretty good with answering questions and contacting you.

The custom dress I ordered was beautiful! It fit me perfectly and the craftsmanship was just impeccable! I truly felt like Cinderella for my prom.

The communication and customer service was excellent! I was always well informed on the process. It turned out so much better than I could have hoped for. I was able to customize the dress completely, they sent me photos of all the fabric colors and gave me photo updates of the dress as they were working on it. The quality of the dress was top notch and I was blown away with the attention to detail. There were no short cuts or sub par craftsmanship, it was made with pride and care. Thank you so much!!

As a plus sized girl I always found it difficult to find a perfect dress being oddly shaped and in between two sizes. By customizing a dress that I found in the gallery on their page, it came in literally fitting like a glove. The measurements were not hard to figure out and honestly such a great experience overall. I paid for normal shipping but switched to express afterwards and it was even handled so easily by email I hardly did anything. Beautiful dress for a beautiful night and i could not recommend them more!!

At first I was sceptical on whether I should order from Lunss after reading some of the inspiration item reviews, however after analysing the pictures of my dress they had sent me after making it I was completely in love. The dress they had made was identical to the inspiration dress in the picture and was absolutely beautiful. The fabric was also amazingly strong and thick and although my dress had feathers attached to it they did not fall off easily. I would like to thank Lunss for my amazing prom experience thanks to their tailoring and beautiful designs and can honestly say I will be ordering from them again in the future.

From the first day I ordered it I was excited and when it came in the mail I was fascinated. It was everything that I hoped for and it was as stunning in pictures as it was in person. It had so much detail and it fit perfectly in context of my body and how it formed around me in the bottom. The timing was perfect and Nancy was so helpful in accommodation my feel size and my other body features. Thank you so much Lunss and I will be coming back.

My designer was Tansy and she did beyond amazing on my dress. I was worried in the beginning because I ordered my dress last minute but it came just in time and just as it looked in the photos they sent me. I would 100% recommend this company!!!
