Although I was initially skeptical of Lunss, I decided to use them based on a number of reviews that I had come across on Reddit and TikTok. It was a rather straightforward process, until my dress was delivered and stolen. I immediately reported the theft to my apartment management, who confirmed the theft via video. After receiving this confirmation, I contacted both Lunss and the shipper. Lunss initially said that the fulfilled their end and implied there was nothing they could do, when pushed they offered a 15% refund or 20% discount on a new dress (which meant they were still getting paid a second time). I went back and forth with the shipper for weeks who ultimately concluded that my dress was verifiably "lost" and that I should contact the shipper for a refund. I did. They refused. I wouldn't recommend anyone use them.

Do not purchase from this site I ordered what I thought was a beautiful evening dress for $58 US and what I received was a disgusting dress. Unfortunately I could not upload photos to show you as this review wouldn’t allow it. I asked for a refund and got offered $12. I will definitely not order here again.

we purchased a prom dress for our niece, The finish product was nothing like the design our niece ordered nor was the material of any halfway decent quality. after contacting them they suggested we pay another $200 to get another dress. Why should we pay more when the initial product was substandard and not made to initial request. Stay clear of this organization.

I ordered a custom-made dress in April 2021, I gave the company my exact measurements, but when the dress arrived the color was not what we agreed on and measurements were incorrect and I had to find a local tailor to fix the dress which cost over $100. I contacted the company and did exactly what they asked me to do to get a refund to help cover the alterations. 1. I had a professional measure and take pictures to prove that my measurements provided were indeed correct. *Lunss still did not take responsibility 2. I had to videotape literally every measurement that I had provided in the beginning I was mortified that my privacy had been compromised by having to send videos of me in my undergarments, which indeed proved that once again I had provided the correct measurements from the beginning *Lunss still did not take responsibility Finally, after several more pictures and recorded videos of my body measurements Lunss finally admits that the mistake was their fault and only offered to pay for less than half of my alterations. After several insulting offers like $19. They offered $48, which I agreed to. It’s been well over a month (May 19th) and they still have not refunded me ADVICE: My best advice is to only pay through a credit card,my company is working on my disbute as we speak. My credit card refunded me and Lunss is on their list for fraud. - *If you just have to buy from here I encourage you to videotape being measured in an attempt to avoid this from happening to you from the start *Take a screen shoot of every conversation you have with the designers (aka Tansy) it’s easier to dispute with written proof

I bought a simple wedding dress from them wrap dress style and had asked to install a hook and eye closure and to move the neckline up, they made the dress and I have to confirm before shipment. They put the dress on a dress form and of course it looked perfect. Got the dress and its trash. None of what I asked for was even on the dress, not like you can see a hidden eyelet from a picture. The measurements are all off, it fits really poorly and the quality sucks. I wanted a refund but all they offered was another dress for free. They give no refunds for custom dresses, THEY'RE ALL CUSTOM DRESSES! Dont get scammed by this company, they buy reviews!

lunss dealt with me in the worst way possible. i hate myself for trusting them, with my court wedding dress. since i cant afford ashi studio design . i figured i should ask these fools if they can sew me something similar . they assured me that they could sew the design, instead of just admitting that they cant do it . I received a horrible looking thing from them, that couldn't even fit me and they claim that it cant fit because I sent them the wrong measurements but they have nothing to say about the awful design they made. What they sent to me does not remotely look like the ashi design . They wrapped the dress like a piece of trash in a tiny bag . The packaging was so horrible that the boning of the petticoat inside was so badly bent that they could not get straight, even after 4hours of ironing , the boning never got back its shape. it was destroyed. I have asked them to even give me back half of the $350 I paid for this and they wont give me anything . i have been back and forth with them and my bank for months and they still wont give me anything...... I paid 350 dollars for gabbage. Even if this dress fit, it looks so horrible that its unwearable . Please everyone, learn from my mistake . DO NOT DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE . THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU TRASH . These people are thieves
