I am very upset. I have emailed and messaged them numerous amount of times on numerous different websites. They have not responded to me or my friends who have also been commenting on different social medias for me. Instead they blocked me on. I'm sorry if I sounded rude but I just want someone to respond to me. My event is on the 19th. No one has answered and I have cried from all the stress. I just want someone to answer me.

Lunss is very unprofessional. I’m disappointed. The only reason I’m not rating them 1 star is because my prom hasn’t came yet, and I still believe there might be a chance of me receiving a dress. I have been trying to contact someone for 3 days in regards to my prom dress and have yet to receive an answer. They were quick to email me when it was time for me to send my money, but now I can’t get anybody to respond. My prom is in 6 days and I have been stressing on whether or not I’m going to have a dress. It wasn’t even a custom made dress, it was a pre-designed dress and I paid $70 extra for it to be rushed. I don’t appreciate them taking my money and not having the decency to tell me if my dress will be ready or not. I truly regret ordering from them.

I would like to give a shout out to Lunss for ruining my prom After Spaming Nancy about my dress she finally sends me a picture the dress is nice I’ll give her that I told her to send it note my prom is April 13th the dress won’t be delivered till Monday the 15th all I have to say is don’t order nothing from this site because you will miss the event I paid for rush shipping it should’ve been here a lil faster than the 15 now I’m going to miss prom because of this stupid website I HATE LUNSS !

I submitted the dress to be made on the 16th of January for a prom the 20th of April. I gave them more than plenty of time to get the dress in my hands. It seemed to be going pretty well at first. Two months passed by and the dress was not finished as I was told it would be finished by mid March. I eventually had to lie to them and tell them my event changed to the 6th of April. They didn’t send me confirmation pictures until a week before and didn’t ship my dress until 2 DAYS before the 6th aka my fake event date. Had my event actually been on the 6th I would have not got my dress in time. And had I not told them an earlier date for my actual event, I either would not have gotten it on time or it would’ve cut entirely too close. The dress,on the other hand, was absolutely gorgeous. So my tip is, tell them an event date that is well before your actual event date; and don’t expect a dress to look exactly like a picture!!

I bought my own fabric and shipped it to them, so I can't testify to the quality of their fabric, but their craftsmanship was great. The reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 5 was because they made a couple changes without asking me first. They made the belt out of sequins instead of the fabric I had requested, and I had to get it replaced, which cost me over $100. They made the slit in the center of the skirt instead of the side, which they said was because it fit the design better, but I wish they would have asked me first. Lastly, it was a corset back and they made it exactly to my measurements, which meant that it didn't compress my waist at all, so I had to get it taken in. I should have told them the waist measurement I wanted with it fully tightened. The dress itself wasn't very expensive at all, but I paid $360 in alterations, so that warranted 2/5 stars. Pros: - Well-made dress - Cheapest price out there - Made and arrived quickly - Sent me the remaining fabric to fix my belt Cons: - Made some changes without telling me - Made the my belt out of the wrong materials - Poor communication - Fit didn't include room to tighten around my waist - Alterations cost about as much as the dress itself

The dress wasn’t at all what I wanted. The back buttons broke throughout my prom night. Cost me over $300 for a prom dress I didn’t even like. I regret going here.
