SCAM!!!!!!!!!

I wish I had seen these reviews before we placed an order from their Facebook adverts. What a scam! FAKE INFORMATION ON THEIR WEB SITE about accepting returns & offering refunds. LIES. Do not give them your bank details. They have stolen money from us, claiming that we had a subscription. LIES. That same woman, Stacy, that other reviewers have mentioned, sent several emails promising to refund our first payment. LIES. Still chasing that refund & still chasing the they stole afterwards for the non-existent subscription. Dozens of emails & no progress. We've tried to report them to Facebook, but there doesn't seem any option to stop these scams. Bitterly frustrating. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DREADFUL COMPANY!

Attention to my fellow NZ/AUS. Insta box carrier has no business with these guys. I have reached out to the carrier team. Purchased date 15/09 to 29/ 09/2025 If you purchased an order from China, you receive it within a week. UPDATE: Goods received…. Shipping status needs more attention guys to keep customers at ease. I had actually given up hope with the supps, wasn’t worried about the refund. My apologies for my past email Stacy. Thank you

Just wow. This company are just one big scam. They have flash social media post that suck you in but then they never deliver. Stacy in customer service is just an out and our fraudster. She lies more than the labour government in the UK. Over 70 emails trying to track my delivery or get a refund and she just says I have to go round all my local post offices and ring a list of numbers looking for my delivery. She says it’s been delivered But she can never produce any proof of delivery ( because it hasn’t even been shipped in reality) When Stacy was finally aware that I was not going aware she marked my email address as spam so I had no way of contacting. I would not even give them one star as this company is the worst ever. Just one big scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.

Don’t touch or deal with this company. They won’t respond or refund and continue withdrawing funds from your account. Be careful!!

Screw anyone who gave more than 1 star this place is a total scam. You purchase a one time product NO WHERE DOES IT SAY SUBSCRIPTION OR REOCCURING BILLING when you buy but a month after you purchase it will charge your card and keep doing so unless you cancel which they make difficult and not straightforward at all. Won’t refund. SCAMMERS

Never arrived

They are scammers They sell you a substance then they rebill. They do not refund your money and nobody needs that much supplement. I also thought I was ordering g toe boxes and they sent and billed me for 4 Scammers!
