To make matters worse it had clearly been used aswell and had someone else’s hair all tangled up in it Emailed x3 with no response despite them offering a 30 money back guarantee. Scaaaaaaam

I'd give zero stars. Cheap knockoff that DO NOT stick/magnetise to your eyes at all. Very frustrating and went in the bin.

I ordered a branded item from this company and received a cheap Chinese knockoff instead. It looked nothing like what was advertised—poor quality, fake packaging, and completely different from the product description. To make things worse, I reached out to their customer service multiple times and got no response at all. No acknowledgment, no apology, no refund—nothing. This company is clearly running a scam. Save your money and avoid this seller completely. They’re dishonest, and once they get your money, you’re on your own.
