LumiluxReviews of lumilux.com

I bought a pair of their magnetic eyelashes to try and they did not send the applicator with them. I have contacted them several times through email and they have yet to send them. What a waste of money!

I ordered 2 magnetic lash kits in August. I have not received them. I’ve messaged them over and over and over. They keep sending me messages thanking me for patience. It’s October. Ridiculousssssss

I have written to the email supplied with the online order which is ukshopperdirect etc ( site won’t display address) many times and there is no response. Do not purchase from this company. I believe they are scammers very poor in fact no stars …

This website is a scam. I am in the process of reporting them to the National Cyber Security Centre and I encourage others who have left reviews detailing their awful experiences to do the same. The products are of poor and in fact dangerous quality and there is no response from the team to send them back and organie a refund.

Customer service do not respond no matter if you contact via the website or socials. Faulty product and I can't return it.

Absolute rubbish. The quality of product is disgraceful and they don’t contact you when you want to return even though their website states you can return it not satisfied. Scam.

I bought an Infrared LED Hair Growth Scalp Massager Brush with this company and then wanted to return it as I received something very similar as a present from a friend. I reached out several time to Lumilux to return the product, but I NEVER got a reply. LUMILUX is NOT a reliable company to buy from online.
