If I could give no stars I would. This company is a scam, send you broken items and when you return them they do not refund. Stay clear!

This company is awful. I shall tell you why. I ordered 3 lamps, alle 3 has arrived after a month or so. They are made in China and the quality is - well, not very good. All 3 lamps have errors. The plugs to 2 lamps are not european, but American plugs?? The third lamp seems to miss some parts? Anyway the assembly manual or rather assembly piece of paper was not in the box. I have asked LLumilux many times to please send it. They do not even answer my mails. I am flabbergasted at how lousy this company operates. YOU WILL FOR SURE GET PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER, THERE'S NO QUALITY ASSURANCE FROM THE FACTORY'S SIDE, NOR IS THERE FROM llUMILUX IN AMSTERDAM- ADVICE - DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a infrared therapy light! Firstly they sent to the wrong address (I put the correct address on my order) Then i had tow aot for them to receive the item back from Evri before sending onto myself at rhe correct address, this took over 2 weeks! Within that time I ordered from another company At this stage I was in contact with Lumilux and they were replying promptly I have now contacted several times asking for details to return the item as I no longer need it as got a alternative due to urgency and I am being ignored Please respond to my email asap!!!

These magnetic lashes were hor-rible! I waited a month to get them, I was so excited because of the reviews on tik-tok (fake). I tried to return the next day, and have yet to get a response. Just wasted $30. Also, the cute little case they show on rhe website...came in little ziplock type bag.

If i could not star it would be. Thank god i caught it right away. This site ,when I messaged to cancel my order said 10 mins after that it couldn't be refunded because it was already sent. Uh? 10 mins. Ya right. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER ITS A SCAM!!!!

If I could give a negative review, I would. Not only is it a crap product that doesn't match what's in advertising...the product arrived crushed, and they won't refund me. But instead, want to send new product if I pay shipping?! What idiots! They're here to scam you!

Wish I’d read these reviews prior to purchasing. Ordered the scalp massager and Serum. The serum did not arrive with the order, even though it’s marked ‘delivered’ Have emailed several times. NO RESPONSE. Horrible customer service.

There were absolutely no instructions. I tried to find videos online on how to apply them but found nothing. My daughter even tried to help me but we couldn't figure it out. This was a waste of money and it literally took weeks to get coming from China.
