I have been chasing this company since my order arrived and no one has got back to me.  The product needs to be returned as it is faulty and completely different to what was described in your picture. Failure to receive a refund or response will result in me taking this further because it cost a lot of money and is not worth the quality at all.  Your site promises a 30 day money back guarantee, yet you do not respond to customers in this time. I will not let this go. This is absolutely appalling and appears to be fraud of some kind.  I want my full money back. Thank you.

They don’t respond to emails and the phone number just goes to voicemail. I contacted Amex after reading the reviews worrying it wouldn’t arrive. Amex closed the case and my product arrived today. Not sure if it only arrived because I disputed the payment and they were contacted by Amex or I’m one of the few that got my delivery
