These are the worst hearing aids, and the company is a joke. I order the $249 hearing aids and it took 2 weeks to get them. The app doesn't work most of the time. If you set it to any setting the outside noise is horrible. I don't think any company without a phone number is not right. So I sent them back and they ask me to use the same tracking number they used which you can not do and don't require a signature. I use a new tracking number and required a signature. It only took 4 days to send them back. Now waiting to see what happens. I believe this company is a scam

I like the hearing aids but the charging system is a complete failure. After a few weeks the charging station simply quites working. I am now on my fourth charging station and the same thing happens to all of them. The hearing aids are satisfactory, looks like they could produce an equally quality charging system but obviously they can't.

Great customer service. what i love most is the app that comes with the hearing aids. i am no able to turn up and down the volume without having to take of my hearing aid.
