despite some negative reviews I see, this product is actually incredible and works great! Some people are offended by the commercial, but that is no reason to boycott a potentially good product. My sister couldn't find Any deodorant that worked and honestly started to smell as early as one hour after her shower and deodorant application and since I have this product at home and like it I ordered her one and I am being 100% honest in saying she No longer has Any BO ...at all..even after a day or two. there is an odd smell at first before the deodorant dries, but that dissipates and all you smell is the floral or whatever scent it is and it is the best I have ever used. Maybe seeing all of the negative reviews on the commercial, Lumi should consider toning it down, but otherwise this product is a miracle product and I will continue to use this as long as it's out there.

It's soap. Ridiculously expensive soap. Catered to women who are paranoid about their smell. Of course the ads tell women that they smell Take a frigging shower. Who goes around smelling people's crotch?

Thankfully I only purchased the trial kit, but the smell of this deodorant smells awful it smells horrible like an unwashed butt and I will not purchase any more. It doesn't work. Those commercial claims are complete BS and I would not recommend this product. Please stop marketing this lie!!!!! If there was a negative zero rating I would choose that!

Reading the reviews, I probably had a lucky escape. The seller for Lume on Amazon twice sent me the wrong product ..a Chinese refreshing spray…after insisting it had sent Lume body spray first time, which I disproved . Unlikely to get my money back but at least I won’t be tempted to try and buy it elsewhere .

I just want to say this in very clear form...this is the most trashy discusting item I have ever heard of...I Couldn't wait to find an a way to write you people an tell you how nasty your commercial is...Not only is your commercial ad on t.v s o freak n degrading towards woman,an filty..Do you freak n people know that people are feeding there kids an adults are eating an this nasty throw up commercial come on my an our screens through out the day....I ask please take the filty nasty commercial of the air...give woman a breaking already...how freak n degrading...

After looking into a lot of different exfoliating and moisturizing body washes, I stumbled upon Lume's acidified body wash. After about a week of comparing it to other options I have seen online, I decided to try the unscented two pack. I placed my order on September 15th with a lot of optimism and the knowledge that I could get my money back if it didn't work for me. Five days later, I received an email stating the following: "Due to incredibly high demand, orders are taking longer to ship than expected right now. We want you to know that our team is working overtime (literally) to get your order to you..." I understand that supply chain issues and other factors can cause delays, so I tried to be patient. On the 25th, I sent this email: "Good Evening, Firstly, I'm sorry that you're having such a hard time with fulfilling orders. I'm sure that this is a stressful time and I hope that the issues are resolved soon. I was just curious as to whether or not there is a ballpark estimate for my order to ship. Ex: October 2nd - 6th." They replied with a mass-email generic response about the opening up another warehouse and having delays. The email noted that they expected all of the overdue orders to go out within the next week. Again, I waited. By October 4th, my order still hadn't shipped. I was understandably frustrated by this and sent an email requesting to cancel my order. Rather than fulfilling my request, they replied two days later with an email promising that my order was being moved to the front of shipments at their new warehouse and would be sent out October 7th. I was also given a coupon code for $10 off my next order. Fast forward to today, October 14th, my order still hasn't shipped and I am done giving chances and being patient. If this was a handcrafted product or shipping from overseas, I could be a bit more understanding. However, they have failed to meet every deadline they themselves set! I emailed them last night asking (AGAIN) to cancel my order and I'm waiting for a response. I've gotten better communication and fulfillment from small businesses on Etsy. I can't say whether or not their products are effective, but I feel scammed by all of the misdirection and false promises!

I bought the tangerine and the smell absolutely made me gag. Trust me that your natural body odors smell far better than Lume. It is absolutely repulsive. It smells like dirty booty with a slight hint of citrus.

I purchased 3 Pack Deodorant Pack back on 5/20/21 For $40.76 total. (Which I thought it was a little pricey, but if it did work, would be worth it) I was wrong. As soon as you open one and take a swift of the smell, it smells like sweaty gym ass. I thought to myself maybe that's the way it targets the smell. I put some on. I smell like sweaty gym ass for the next 10 minutes. The smell eventually left. By the end of the day I smelled like Onions. This does not work!!! save your $$$$ (
