I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my money. The peony rose stinks so bad and I sent several emails to customer service and have been totally ignored. Do not waste your money on this overpriced and smelly deodorant. You are better off using store brands that are much more effective and affordable and easy to return if unsatisfied.

I hate Lume's disgusting commercials.

Firstly...lume works wonderfully. I don't get a rash like with other natural deodorants and the long lasting freshness is a plus...BUT...and its a huge BUT! You never can get your items. For months on end products are regularly sold out yet they keep running "sales". I placed my original order in august 2022 and when I inquired about the status of the order in September 2022 the CS agent refunded the order in full without prompt but said that they would still fulfill the order. Ok fine..thats a works. They proceed to tell me they mailed the first order mid September and it gets lost and they also say they're moving warehouses. Ok..ill be patient. Now early October comes and I still have no order. They say the second replacement packages gets lost...AGAIN! mind you they took a few items out from the second order due to low stock so I wasn't even getting the full order. Now a third order goes out mid October and its literally one third of my original order and I don't receive it until NOVEMBER 4TH!!! So it took Lume from AUGUST TO NOVEMBER to fulfill 1/3 of my order!! The agents have been fake sincere and offered nothing but poor excuses. I literally sung the praises of lume on my socials but will no longer do so..not until they get their logistics together. They have made excuse after excuse for not shipping orders(not just mine..look at the reviews). I wish they wouldve just been truthful. I am thoroughly disappointed in their ethics as a company. So zero stars for the customer service and 2 stars for the product.

There is hardly any deodorant in the stick. It lasted maybe 10 minutes. Very dry/scratchy when applying.

The first month of using this product (the cream in lavender and sage scent), it worked wonders! I had sever itching under my arms from other deodorants and this seemed to be the cure. After a month of using the product, it stopped working all day and I noticed odor. I reached out to them and asked for some advice. They gave 2 options, 1. to try an underarm detox (they never asked if I had done it already, they just assumed I did not) 2. my clothes were the issue, and they gave me the directions for using their product for cleaning my clothes (some of the tops I was wearing were brand new, again, they didn't ask, they assume to know the answers). I went ahead and bought the product again, different scents, to hold onto hope that it would work like it did in the very beginning. It did not work for me again. I reached out again recently and their response is since I am out of the 60 day return policy, there is nothing they can do. I understand written policies and why they are needed. In my own opinion, stand by the product you make and sell. If someone has issues and it does not perform in the manner that you advertise, help them recover their losses. This is one woman's opinion.

The product definitely works, but it smells awful! I purchased the lavender fragrance deodorant and tube in a twin pack about six months ago, and still can’t get used to the awful smell.

I bought it begrudgingly due to the ridiculous price for deodorant, tho I live on a tropical island and need something strong and was hoping this was it. It took weeks to arrive and I was excited to try it, however I think that a female ob/gyn would provide it at a reasonable price and easily accessible, especially for women. How prudish of these reviews of lume's "disgusting ads" when we're droned constantly with advertising for boner pills and male enhancement supplements?!? Our personal odor is what we ALL deal with daily and I prefer & applaud lume's ads about our reality with a light sense of humor, get over it! It does work better than what I've been using, but not more that 16 hours, certainly not 72 as they advertise. Showering too much, as I've aged, drys my skin out too much, so it's not a matter of hygiene, it's a combination of living environment and genetics. I'd use it if it weren't for the ridiculous exorbitant price, are you listening lume?...

(72 hour funk control) Forgive me...but WHO in America isn't bathing this long deliberately?! That's why it's hard for me to continue with this product. I knew as a young woman NOT every woman knows proper hygiene nor practices. Daily Soap, water, lotion, powder, perfume is all that's needed. When I purchased I thought I would notice a difference I didn't. As a fit woman who works out, yes I get super sweaty just not gross funky. So it's really for people who may work extreme hours, doesn't like bathing, and isn't diligent. If you work in extreme conditions, 12 hour days, construction I get it. So the price alone isn't worth it for me. I still smelt great with or without Lume. Secret works just fine.
