Sending spam emails I never signed up for

Horrible smell that kept people ten feet away from me at work. I didn't believe that a product designed to eliminate odor would produce a sour, fetid aroma that clung until bathing. Never again.

I ordered Lume from their website on December 13,22. I tried calling but it’s a bogus number! It rings and rings then you’re disconnected! So After several emails I finally received a response last week informing me that one of my items is currently unavailable so they will refund me for that specific item. The rest of my items will be shipped in 5-10 business days.. after waiting an entire month already!!! They tried blaming the mail carrier for lost packaging. However, when I logged into my account prior to that notification it read, “ Your order has been filled on December 19th. You will receive an email when it ships.” I NEVER RECEIVED THE NOTIFICATION THAT IT WAS SHIPPED SO HOW COULD THE CARRIER OF LOST IT???? Nice try Lume but you have been caught in your own lies!!! They are unprofessional and unreliable!!! I have yet to receive notification that anything has shipped! Yesterday, I sent another email canceling my entire order and asking for a total refund! Of course they haven’t responded nor do I expect them to. They have had over 93 dollars since December 13th and I’ve had zero merchandise from them! I will never order from Lume again nor will I purchase it in any retail store that happens to carry Lume. I will tell anyone who will listen to do the same!!! Any company that ignores their customers concerns, takes their money, then puts the blame of their mistakes on someone else are cowards and thieves!!! NEVER AGAIN LUME!!!

I’m not sure if the demand for the product is just higher and it’s taking longer to send out the product but I did not have that issue. I receive my product within two weeks time including weekends and it last me for months and to top it all off the scent isn’t that great but it goes away within minutes. When I contact customer service because I didn’t like the fragrance they told me to send it back and sent me a label right away I’m not sure why so many people are having such a bad experience but I wish you guys luck.

Is just perfume, and smells like flowers. Why not just shower if you think you stink? Personally, I know that most humans prefer the natural scent of a natural woman. We don’t stink. Our scent is intoxicating. Invigorating and luxurious, unless we are Ill or unclean or dirty. Napoleon once wrote to Josephine, “ I’ll be in Paris in Three days. Don’t bathe.” Take pride in your scent and womanhood.

They make a great product and are trying very hard to meet a huge demand straight out the gate. If people would stop and take a minute to look at the history of Lume they'd see how quickly the volumes went exponential. I don't like waiting for things either, but I'm not going to buy in to the ridiculous Amazon 24 hour delivery meme.

Never received my order yet I have a tracking number that doesn't exist in UPS.

Shipping takes FFFFOOORRRREEEVVVEEERRR!!! ORDERED ON DEC 29...STILL WAITING...it is January 6 that it should arrive now....let's see the date of delivery change for the 3rd time. I WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN FROM THIS CO.!!!! IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!@@
