I love the product, but not the scent. I got the Peony Rose scent. The company has a horrible customer service. I emailed the company three different times asking if I could exchange the two unopened tubes. I never received a response. I probably won’t order from them again since they cannot follow up with their customer service.

I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS!! They explain it all… they bombarded me with ad upon ad !!! I thought I’d give it a try … shipping took forever, ordered on December 5th they supposedly shipped it the December 9th, received it December 29th received package opened and product missing , no response from customer service after multiple attempts made concerning shipment issues prior to receiving package!!! I haven’t used the product yet and frankly it doesn’t matter if it works or not, I’m never gonna order from this company again !!!

Ordered over $60.00 in items for my wife and mother. The box was empty and sealed with packing tape when the package was delivered. I didn't expect the company to do anything (the theft had to happen at the post office), but they could have responded to my numerous emails. The overwhelming bad reviews say it all. Shortly after this review was posted, I received an apology and a full refund.

What struck me when I went to the web site, you had to purchase 3 tubes. I sent message to the company stating I wanted to purchase 1 tube & response was I could. I wanted to purchase 1 as I have # allergies to medication & foods. So, I was leery since a new product. Well then, I saw pricing: $29.00 for a 3 oz tube. Too rich for my blood! I am not spending that kind of money on 3 oz. or a product & unknown IF I would react to the ingredients.

I’m really dissatisfied with the product and company. I ordered a two pack of the vanilla. The deodorant literally made me smell WORSE! Like literally worse than zero order control. I have used other natural deodorants without much issue but wanted to try this. Horrible, really horrible. I emailed the company asking for a refund. It took them 1.5 MONTHS to email me back. And they’re saying I’m out of the return window (just wanted to return the 1 unused one), I asked for an exception because of how long it took them to get back to me. They said no. I will never buy from this company again or recommend them. Using native now with zero issues.

I didn’t read the reviews before my first purchase and, while it took quite some time to receive the order, I felt the body wash did as promised. The deodorant worked fine for me as well. Planned to order more body wash, but started reading the reviews. Now I do not plan on ordering. Too many bad reviews.

Bought two of the Lume solid sticks and used them for underarms. They smelled (Lavendar/Sage) like pure sage and after several weeks they did not work to control odor. They were expensive and I will go back to my Native product which works far better and actually has a scent like lavendar/sage.

Never been known as one with sensitive skin but Oh my gosh the deodorant after 10 to 12 hrs on my armpits started itching something horrible I washed really well and 3 days later (and 3 showers) I am still itching and pits are darn near raw from scratching. Thank goodness cold temps and wfh for I can't wear anything on raw irritated skin. I am praying another day or 2 things get back to normal.
