THIS STUFF IS NASTY! JUST IMAGINE PUTTING SOMETHING GREASY AND SLIMY ON YOUR PRIVATES AND LEAVING IT THERE ALL DAY?! YUCK! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS. AND IT SMELLS MUSKY AND OLD!

Terrible customer service. They charge for the product and then don't send it. Then I can't get in touch with anybody from customer service. Nobody ever gets back to me. I wish I had read the BBB ratings before I wasted my time ordering. Lume has an "F" rating on the BBB doing the same things to other customers.

If their product is anything like their shipping delays and customer service, Im pretty sure it will suck. No updates on tracking and no follow-up from customer service on where my order is.

I ordered for the third time from this company and never received the product. I ordered on 12/13/22 and was charged for $74.41 on 12/14/22 in my PayPal account. I received a thank you for your order immediately and never received a tracking # or anything since. Today is 01/11/23 and I have written to customer service about 4 times now and they have not responded. I have placed a claim against this company with PayPal and am still awaiting a response. I will never do business with this company again, I just hope that there is a way to get my money back. This Sucks!!

I love the product and was excited to order again . But,,, I’m still waiting ordered December 25 and it still says in transit. I can’t get anyone to respond to my emails I send and I can’t find a phone number to talk to someone. Never had problems with ordering from a company like this ,

Disgusting commercials

When I tried it a few years back after it first came out it worked great. Recently trying it has been proved that it does not last all day, and I have gotten painful red rashes and bumps in/on my armpits.
