They are liars, this crappy over priced product does not last even 24 hours. And pretty irresponsible of a GYN doc to suggest woman can use it 'down there'. Use it down there only if you would put it on your facial lips. If you stink down there, I suggest a nice hot shower, daily at least.

Here's what I've found: I've had no problems with shipping, & with ordering once but I finally got it done. Now I'm a regular customer though I don't use autoship, just order when I'm ready. I've had interesting results with the creams, which I prefer to the sticks. It absolutely does work but seems to have a strong pit rebound odor if used consistently, so I take a break now & then & use regular store deodorant for a day or two. I'm selective about the scents I choose after trying a few. Really like the powder scent but do use others too (I guess according to mood.) I've had no skin issues from use. Here's the very best part: since menopause I've had absolutely horrid periarea odor, just awful. With Lume it's gone with use, & even with a break, has never returned to that extent. Changed my life in that respect, so I'm a devoted fan!

Is it just me or is the website REALLY hard to order from?????? Honestly, I have been trying for 3 days now. Had everything in the cart, but it wouldn't accept any of 4 credit cards - I know they are good.Had everything in the cart and did not see any option to "Pay Now", I love the product and just wish I could get some. Tried to email for help and was told they were to busy to answer.

I bought this because the other deodorants that had no aluminum wasn’t working. I tried for a week and had no problems. But after that I got a bad itchy rash in both armpits. Will not continue to use due to this problem. I do not have sensitive skin and wonder how this product passed testing to be sold to general population!

This product does not do what it claims to do. I have used the deodorant for about 6 weeks, enough for the automatic refill to show up. The deodorant makes a terrible smell on my body. I actually take two showers a day and use different products to help with the odor. Don't waste your money buying this product. Waiting to join the class action lawsuit.

After I used this, I experienced an itchy red rash under my arms while on vacation. I would never use this product again. There are better safer products available.

I was excited to try this product, as it sounded promising. After a week of terrible underarm odor, i investigated and saw that i should rub it in. Two weeks later, it still does nothing by to impede sweat and the smell is so bad, i apply baby powder over it. Will not purchase again.

I want my $32 back. How did this product passed trial period. Emotional damage on this product. DONT BUY THIS. Dont believe the good reviews they pay people to do that smells bad on application, not working on odors.
