I only tried Lume again because they advertised they changed the formula so it did not smell gross. I like the smell of the stick deodorant now & find it effective. The cream they sent is obviously the old formula. 4 emails to inquire and no response. Last one included the CEO. Horrid customer service!!

I have been pleased with the products I received from Lume. I was concerned the fragrance would not be what I wanted due to other reviews. I was pleasantly surprised with the smell of the tangerine fragrance. For me though, it’s pricey and I really do not have any major issues with body odor. I will stick with what I can find in store after I use this up.

It's gross! My boyfriend says it stinks and tastes gross. I never had an odor issue and now I do. Seek professional help if you have odor!

Didn't like it at all. It does not last 72 hours, barely lasts 24 and on top of that it makes your natural body odor WORSE! I noticed on me and my family after using for a week or so we all smelled AWFUL! Went back to our reg product and have no issues.

The deodorant worked well but destroyed All my scrub tops with white permanent under arm stains. I never had a problem like this before. Very expensive also. I will not order again.

I really wish they had an option for the original formula. The original formula did everything they claim. It worked super well for my whole family. The new formula stinks. Whatever base they're using now does not smell good on me or my kids. I realize everyone has different body chemistry. What doesn't work for us might work for someone else. That's why I think they need the option for the original back. I will not be purchasing any more deodorant from them
