Amazing experience
This experience was an absolute pleasure. Lumberjack’s customer service was not only helpful, but highly accessible when i needed them. After my purchase, the product arrived exactly on the estimated date of arrival that they had promised me. The quality of the product itself is top notch as well. I will look forward to making more purchases with them in the future. Overall, this is an A++ company.

Wow! So grateful for a smooth process and great deal!
Jake was fantastic when I called him about a specific flooring that was at a killer price. He sent me samples and was patient while we decided if it would work with our big DIY kitchen and living room renovation project. Ordering was easy and smooth, and I got such a great deal on the hardwood floor and underlayment that I decided to redo my entire house rather than the common living spaces alone. I will share pics once we do the install, but everything Lumberjack Direct deserves 5/5 stars from answering dozens of questions over the phone to sending samples to ordering and shipping to Florida! Im so grateful for such pleasant service during a hectic remodel.

Highly recommend!!
When I had a hard time choosing between 3 colors/brands, Jake the owner sent me samples of each piece at no cost. That really helped me make my decision. I am very happy with my selection. Lumberjackdirect has the most competitive price and the best customer service. They always answered my questions and concerns with care. When my product was late in delivery (not lumberjack’s fault, ups was responsible) Jake was very helpful in contacting ups to make sure it gets delivered asap the next business day. Overall I would definitely recommend lumberjackdirect to anyone needing quality wood floors and awesome customer service.
