Beautiful flooring and customer service! Thank you Jake and Andrew!

Very fast shipping. Still have not put the flooring in our place.

There was an issue with shipping but Lumberjack quickly stepped in with a replacement shipment.

Was a little reluctant to make such a big purchase online. Initially placed an order for 930 sq ft of solid hardwood. Within hours regretted the selection we made and wanted to cancel the order. Contacted them and asked to cancel my order. They agreed to do so. 2 days later the material was shipped to me. Contacted them again to see what was going on and was told it was an error in shipping. They had the product shipped back and fully refunded my money without any hesitation. I was so impressed by their service I wanted to make sure we used them still when we decided on what we really wanted. We did find that product the Mullican Wexford in Cascade. We again placed the order and received our product 2 days later. Every local flooring company said that product would take 6 weeks to get. I received it from Lumberjack Direct in 2 days and paid $3.50 per sq ft less than any local suppliers price. Plus my product came shipped to me directly from the manufacturer Mullican. It wasn’t dated material sitting in some distributors warehouse. Finding Lumberjack Direct was a blessing to us. We have never been so satisfied with a flooring purchase in our lives. Great company with high integrity who simply wants to do a good job for their customers. Highly recommend.

Great company to work with. Fast response to questions and impeccable service. Highly recommended.

Company was wonderful. Gave accurate and thorough pricing and communicated well in terms of delivery and the process of receiving the product.

Lumberjack was the only resource for our discontinued flooring. They were responsive, expedient and very fair-priced. There was an issue with the delivery service and Lumberjack made it right, right away. So grateful to have a reliable resource— especially with a challenging find! Thank you!
