He was on time, courteous, and professional. He off loaded the 42 cartons and 1 trip piece quickly and stacked the cartons efficiently to make more floor space for me. He provided excellent service as well. Your website is easy to use and great product selection.

The flooring is great and was delivered fast the customer service was also excellent.

Communication was awesome and process was super easy!! Price was great! I needed to delay delivery a bit before my project was ready and they accommodated me perfectly. When I requested the delivery, it was shipped promptly and was right on time. Delivery guy was great and put it right in the garage for me. Excellent experience all the way around. Wow, they were soooo… patient w me sending more & more samples. I have a 27 year old home w golden oak cabinets, wood windows & trim. Hard to find but I did finally found L. V. in 20m. Provenza Paradigm Uptown Chic Just Lucky. They gave me a fantastic price & shipped fairly & in 2 weeks. That was a fluke but unbelievable. Later I needed some transition matching pieces & they got that shipped within a week. I have kept all the samples for the next house we are starting. I won’t use anyone but LJD!
