Very easy to purchase and ship. Just hung it today and it makes the room. An awesome purchase that goes nicely with my art collection.

I made an order online (on the Lumas website), which gave me an expected delivery date. About a couple of days before that expected date, I got an e-mail from the delivery company (TNT/FedEx) with my shipping number (for tracking). On the expected delivery date (i.e. two days after I got the e-mail), I tried tracking the order, as I hadn’t heard any more from either Lumas or TNT - but the shipping number didn’t work. I then first phoned the London Lumas gallery to find out what was happening (they couldn’t give me any more information about the order and also told me I should order any future work in their gallery rather than online, as online is not as reliable). Next I e-mailed TNT about it, but got no reply. After another couple of days, the tracking option finally worked, giving me a new delivery date - but it was actually then delivered a day early to my home address, without any notification that it would be delivered early (luckily I happened to be working from home that day, otherwise I am sure I would have had an even more painful experience). Anyway, I received the order in the end (and am very happy with it now), but the whole process of delivery and lack of communication from both Lumas and TNT was not great (and could certainly do with improvement) - hence just three stars.
