Hello Antoinette, Thank you for your review and for being a long-time supporter of LUMAS. We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed that the current promotion could not be applied to your recent purchase. We’d like to explain that we frequently run various marketing campaigns and special offers. Unfortunately, these cannot always be retroactively applied to previous purchases due to the specific conditions of each campaign. Additionally, some promotions cannot be combined. However, we are pleased that you were able to benefit from our Artweek and the associated offers in your recent order. If you have any further questions or need additional clarification, please feel free to contact us through our contact form at https://www.lumas.com/contact/ . We’ll do our best to assist you. Thank you for your understanding and patience. We hope to continue serving you as a valued customer in the future. Best Wishes, Your LUMAS Team
