Scam: Returns Cost More Than the Art Itself
Scam. To return you have to pay international fees and insurance costing more than the art itself. I live in the UK. When I received the art I wanted to return. I was surprised to learn that I have to pay for it to be shipped to France, insured, and then the Parisian office will determine whether I get a refund or an exchange. I kid you not. I am glad I only bought one piece. It's fine but definitely not the kind of service you expect from an international company. So if you buy something be prepared to keep it. They don't cover return shipping and it will be international and cost the same price as the art.
