Recently contacted this business for a custom artwork of my little family, and it surpassed my expectations in terms of quality and customer service. There were some minor corrections along the way (feedback to the artwork), but they were always responsive and happy to make the modifications to my liking. The turnaround time for the art was so quick for something custom! I haven't given the art to the gift recipient yet, but I have no doubt that he is going to LOVE it. Highly recommend this company and product if you're looking for a gift to someone who has everything.

Do not order from this company. I recently ordered a custom portrait for a Christmas gift to my husband. I was unhappy with the portrait, so I asked if they correct a few issues. I felt as though they did not follow my description well on a few things and tried to help state more clearly what I was going for. So instead of working with me they argued with me about what they thought my description meant. They did not agree to fix all my issues but offered a few details they could change/add. They emailed a second rendition of the portrait and did not include four of the eight revisions they offered to change. The emailed me on Dec 26th to confirm if I liked the second portrait. They emailed me again on the 27th, stating that if I didn't reply within 24 hours they would assume I was happy with the portrait and proceed to print and ship the photo. They emailed me again 23 and 1/2 hours later stating they went ahead and shipped my photo. No where online or in any email does it state you'll have about 65 hours to confirm you like the portrait once you get it in email or you'll have it shipped to door unconfirmed. Seriously, what company tells you to email and confirm you like the product, then emails you again 15 hours later saying you have 24 hours to email them back before they just ship it to you. Especially when you are ordering something custom!!! I emailed them back several hours before the package was officially accepted by usps, when they still could have canceled the label and the shipment. They told me They already printed it but I could still make revisions to the digital. All revisions after initial purchase cost you more money. I wish I had never ordered from this company. They have offered me nothing to help me, fix the situation or correct what happened. All they have told me is I can pay more money to fix the digital copy. What was supposed to be fun gift for christmas turned into a frustrating ordeal that I may lose $100 over but guaranteed me massive headache.

My experience was great! The original product looked good but needed some changes. I was surprised at just how many changes they made to help my custom portrait more authentic! Absolutely great gift! Highly recommend!

The customer service was outstanding! Everything was delivered quickly and efficiently! Our prints quality was amazing and looks incredible on our wall!
