If I could give zero stars i would. despite my detailed description and forking over $107 dollars for a digital and physical print, they STILL drew everything wrong and it didn’t even look good. They originally answered quickly and did not offer a refund until i became annoying about it. They wanted to revise the drawing for extra cash lol. found out they only refunded me $26 out of the $107 and then STOPPED ANSWERING. i’ve tried to contact them several times since then and even messaged them on instagram to which they read and IGNORED IT. literally the worst company i’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE BEFORE THEY SCREW UP YOURS TOO and give you the biggest headache. Their “customer satisfaction means the world to us” statement can’t be farther from the truth. What a load of performative crap.

I was very excited to have a custom portrait made for my friend’s new job party. The digital copy was made and sent to me and it was great! Customer Service was great! Until…I received my canvas print and it is a completely different drawing than the digital copy that I was sent and approved. I’m talking EVERYTHING about it is different, including body type. I hate it! It looks terrible and I wouldn’t have approved it if that was the version they sent me. I sent them an email with both portraits attached and they replied that I had approved the printed version and then kinda pulled a dick move by quoting my own words in the email. Hi, I’m unsatisfied, tell me you’re going to fix this, don’t quote my own words WHEN I HAVE THE ORIGINAL EMAIL AS PROOF that these are TWO DIFFERENT PORTRAITS.

So unhappy with my order. Wanted to order an anime portrait for my bf’s birthday. Requested specifically for the artist to surprise me with their creativity as in poses and background. Got a portrait back with us drawn infront of a wooden wall in no pose whatsoever, they traced two different pics of the charachters and drew on our faces very badly. Nothing in the photo matched or looked anything like they advertised. When i complained they wanted me to pay for any changes. Not worth the money whatsoever.

Worst experience I have ever had with getting something customized. I have paid for a couple's portrait before and they got it spot on first try.. this place does not try to make it look like you at all. I sent them over four pictures to work from and had to ask them to revise it three times and the drawing still didn't look like me. I gave them a bunch of interests and stuff we like and told them are style and our features and they put plain Black clothing with not designs or detail on both of us. They did not include any of the things I told them we like, and the character looked nothing like me. I am a curvy girl with big full lips and a full face and they drew a skinny long faced girl with scrawny lips. I asked them to make it look more like me and to make our clothes not just solid black with no designs, and they told me I had to pay 10$ to revise it. The artist had no creativity at all when doing this piece for us, and it is an anniversary gift. I'm pissed. I showed my family and they said it looked nothing like me, and that it was clear the artist did not try at all or put any effort into making this what we asked at all. I told my family not to ever order from here. I had planned on buying a big print when it was done, but it looks like that won't be happening. What a waste of money. Waiting for the same a scripted response on this review that they copy and paste into every negative comment..

Would love to have received a portrait that looked anything like me but I guess not. I provided a description and four photos to ensure that the characters would resemble my boyfriend and I. It’s like they put in their allotted time working on him and sped through my part- everyone I’ve shown has laughed and questioned why I paid so much for it (plus a tip). No wonder they offer revisions at an extra cost- it’s the only way to guarantee a good product. They’ll do the bare minimum (even below that, in this case) so that you’ll pay extra to get the promised quality product. Better to just include the extra $15 in the price than to give people a product back that’s half-assed and expect them to take more time to send it back and fix it. Do it right the first time and don’t be hungry for money- especially with clients that had the potential to advertise the heck out of your work. Guess I’ll have to come up with another Valentine’s day present. Definitely won’t be referring anyone else to this site.

Portrait was no where near the photos I submitted. When I emailed them they wanted to charge me a revision fee. They definitely do this on purpose to get money out of people. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Find a trusted seller on Etsy instead Update - their reply says they want to “make it up to me” when I’ve been emailing them back and forth with no avail. Please guys save yourselves the head ache and don’t trust the reviews on their site. They sent me back my reviewed photo with nothing changed. Does anyone know where this company is located? I’m filing a report with the BBB and of course they have no location posted anywhere. THIS IS A RED FLAG. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE BEWARE

Regret ever ordering from them. The characters drawn did not look like the photos submitted. It looks like a general photo they used for everyone and changed hair style. The examples they show on their website are NOT the same quality of work. When I asked for a revision to fix it, Lulu Cartoons wanted additional money. I even tipped the artist on top of that before getting the photo. Shouldn’t there be an option to tip after you receive the photo? You get what you pay for for. Purchase at your own risk. **Update: After placing a negative review (which was accurate) they have reached out to me to give me a new drawing. I refuse to accept it because they wanted me to remove the negative review which I feel I should not because it was an honest review. They can keep my money and rethink who they employ to draw for them and the quality of work they submit to a customer because the drawings shown on their website is not the same quality one would receive. I went to an artist on Etsy and was way more satisfied with my drawing - at the same price too.**
