Update: I finally heard back from a manager from this company and they worked with me to fix the issues with the cartoon drawing and did not charge me the up charge they were pushing for before. They did improve the drawing within a limited capacity and and I’m still waiting on the order to arrive. It’s been almost a month and I haven’t received my order yet. We will see what happens. I ordered a gift for my daughter‘s birthday from them. When they sent me the drawing to proof, the drawing looked nothing like me and barely liked my daughter. I asked for some changes to be made that were requested that were the original message I submitted with my order to begin with. I got a message back from customer service where they basically wanted me to pay more to fix it. It’s like they never even looked at my order request to begin with. After exchanging emails back-and-forth with customer service there’s absolutely no response coming from them.I am very unhappy with this company. I will only use ETSY for this again. Also they DID NOT offer a refund.
