Revo 29'' Spinner MADE IN CHINA
All luggage made it clear across the country in a little over a week. Everything went fine. Of course, the luggage may not have traveled across the country because the tag on the luggage said, "Made in China." Yes, please change your information on your website that says your Revo made luggage, "Made in the USA." Apparently, Revo now makes their luggage in China.

Wrong backpack
We ordered a specific brand/color/style backpack on line that we were not able to find in stores but luggage online showed in stock. We received the right brand backpack but not the specific color/ style we wanted. We decided to keep it regardless so we did not try to return but we weren’t satisfied with purchase. This was my first time ordering from them and I likely won’t order again since what they shipped was not what I ordered.
